Tilting the monitor up/down is unusable. It is necessary to loosen the screw, adjust the monitor to the desired position while holding it and then tighten the screw. The screw must always be tightened to the maximum, otherwise the monitor will fall forward.

Bought today. During installation, the maximum load capacity of 9kg was found to be a lie. The arm cannot support a 7.9kg monitor. Even with maximum spring tightening, the arm still drops and is unable to support the 7.9kg weighing monitor in the upper position. The whole meaning of the high shoulder is thus meaningless. I'll claim it tomorrow. I do not recommend the product.
Higher (65cm) than the standard (45cm), so suitable for people over 175cm.
The claimed maximum homotopy of 9kg is nonsense. The arm cannot support a 7.9kg monitor. I'm advertising.

If the monitor was not held at the desired height, it was either heavier than you stated or the throttle spring resistance was not set correctly as stated in the instructions. After the reviews here, I was worried about whether it would support my monitor, which according to the specs is almost 8.5kg and is an ultra-wide 34" (although the stated maximum is 32). But everything is absolutely fine, it seems to me that it could take more. Those who state that it has a low load capacity probably turned the adjusting screw on the arm the wrong way (it is the only one that turns the opposite way than one would expect). I don't even have it on max and it holds up well and even runs smoothly. A bit worse is the monitor tilt stiffness control, but it's nothing tragic.

I'm considering returning it. It may be sufficient for lighter monitors - but then I would reach for a similar but much cheaper product (for example, the MAX MTM7609FM holder). It is simply not built for heavier monitors, although the specifications say otherwise.

takes up a minimum of space on the table (the holder with a USB hub is approx. 90x95 mm)
the joint for tilting the screen up and down is practically impossible to position - even when hanging a lighter monitor, the monitor constantly tilted the display down, so the only solution is to tighten to the max / lock the joint in one position
with a heavier monitor (8kg) it doesn' t even help to tighten the joint to the maximum, the monitor slowly falls forward

It holds firmly on the table
USB hub is a convenience
The wedge that holds the monitor is not even accidentally designed for the maximum weight/diagonal of the monitor, I hung the Odyssey G7 32" on it and the monitor tilted even with the wedge tightened. (the monitor is about 8kg)
