With the proper bracket support, I can operate a 65" TV in full view without any problem.
I couldn't get the memory buttons to work. But that' s really a trifle.

Of course, I tested the device before installation to see if it works, but unfortunately not sufficiently. The later discovery, after installation of course, that nothing but the basic functions work was more than frustrating. The prospect of disassembly, repacking, and waiting for a repair or another piece has deterred me from complaining for now. I don't know if the problem is only with this piece or all of them, so I recommend all future owners to carefully test ALL the features of the device before installing or look for a competing solution. 2/5
All necessary and unnecessary things for installation in the package (screws, dowels, level, template for indicating the location of holes in the wall. )
Wide selection of screws for installing profiles to the TV, including spacers

Design OK, not stunning but not offensive either, not essential of course

Manual control works fine
Noise when rotating is noticeable, but understandably not in use when tracking
The included manual is basically useless, the installation on the wall is intuitive in itself, so maybe just for checking is good, but the biggest problem occurred when setting up the quite necessary functions e.g. saving the current position in memory, entering learning mode, etc. The instructions declared in the manual in most cases do not correspond to what you really have to press, hold, etc. I don't want to go into detail, but I would like to appeal to Alza, since they have put their brand on this device, to get the manual for this product in order. I've spent more time than I'd like on trying different combinations, and it's basically impossible for an impatient user
A related problem to the previous one was the difficulty of controlling the problem in the remote control. One essential button was literally swapped with another, normally unused button, which combined with the lack of instructions really doesn't make for a pleasant combination
Saving the location to memory is not possible, I don't know if it's because of the driver or the device itself, but it's just not possible. This eliminates a rather crucial function that automatically rotates the TV to the correct position when the TV is switched on
