I absolutely do not understand how it is possible that Alza offers and sells this UNEXPECTED product. Your product manager deserves a few slaps. I purchased this wall mount in good faith and with the help of a craftsman we wanted to put it on the wall. After discovering that the nuts on my Samsung 55" TV absolutely do not hold and pop up even when they were attached, we decided not to take this risk, because I have 2 small children at home and I really do not want to expose them to the risk of a bicycle with a QUALITY AND DANGEROUS product. On the advice of the craftsman this product will of course be returned and another one purchased from Alzi.

This product is featured in a discounted set for 55" Samsung QE55QN90B. On that basis I bought it separately for the type of TV mentioned. After unpacking the TV and the installation sign, I found out that installation is not possible. The same will be true for Samsung's related stream. If I understand correctly this mount is for the 2021 model series and not for 2022.
