Workmanship and poor quality of the holder which wobbles in the joint. The installed TV is 32" and the mount can't handle it. The problem is both in the clearance of the bolt which has a square sprue on it, but it is much smaller than the rail in which it rides and the second thing is that the counter-piece where the rail is also very splayed and does not reach the counter-piece that is attached to the TV
