The 32" diagonal is I think the limit for this mount in terms of vertical holding of the horizontal plane during frequent handling i.e. extending and rotating the TV. It is necessary to tighten well in the joint of the cross.

Great, simple holder for 40" TV, holds as it should, does not swing
The only thing I have to complain about is that in the assembled state the position of the TV is different from the mounting holes, so you have to measure where to drill so that the TV is really in the middle. Just attach a paper template: )
