I see the only disadvantage of this bracket is that if you want to put the TV a little sideways from the center, it will stand out a lot. It must be on the bracket either in the middle or in the extreme lateral positions so that it can be as close to the wall as possible. Perfect if you need to plug something into the TV - you don' t have to crouch anywhere on the wall or lie behind the TV, but you simply pull it in, plug it in and put it back.
