Compared to the 65 W version, it is beautifully compact (almost like a regular mobile phone charger) and 45 W is more than enough for ordinary modern laptops with integrated graphics (the battery does not take more than 30 W when charging, even with a 65 W charger). Otherwise, it shares all the great features of the 65 W version, i. e. universal charging of anything incl. mobile phones, tablets, laptops, razors, radios. anything that has USB-C on it. The only thing you can' t charge with it is a smartwatch because of the fixed cable, but you can still charge it from the laptop. The next generation could have a disconnect cable or a separate USB-A socket for this reason.
