Powering low current devices is basically impossible. It seems ~50mA is required for it to turn on.

Nice charger with interesting parameters, but unfortunately it gets very hot. Within weeks, it burned down. When you connect another device to charge, it reboots and disconnects the already connected devices for a while. It did charge my laptop, tablet and phone stand, headphones and watch, but it went very quickly.

Yes, connecting another device to the USB-C branch will cause the other devices to disconnect for a few seconds, but that's how the PD standard is supposed to work.
The price/performance ratio is really good. Especially if you catch it on sale.
