A good idea is to “improve“ the failed micro-USB connector, but unfortunately the separation of the magnets is poorly designed by “breaking off“ the power cable, when the small terminal simply does not last: -(

If the terminal magnet is not supported firmly enough on the edge of the device, it will break.
Cannot be used on devices with rounded edges, it breaks out immediately.
It might want some mechanism to separate the magnets
