I've been running on 2 powerbanks on a daily basis for almost 3 months now and all without problems, as long as I found the right cables (alza power worked terribly slow)
It's been working for me for a year
Charges quickly if it sits with the cable, which is not to be expected
With the alza power cable 10cm (usb C - usb C) it charges the phone for 10h, but with the cable I bought in a Polish supermarket it runs at full speed

The Power Bank cannot be charged from any USB-C source available to me (SONY, BASEUS, iPhone/iPad mains chargers, or the on-board USB-C socket of the Skoda) via the "USB-C - USB-C" cable (SONY, iPhone/iPad, DEVA, or any of the 3 AlzaPower versions).

I needed a powerbank for multi-day treks outside civilization, so something light, small and reliable to recharge my phone a few times. I can't evaluate the reliability yet, but after a few charges there doesn't seem to be any problem. Of course there are much faster and more powerful powerbanks, but that wasn't a priority for me.

Please note that the power bank does not charge from every adapter. I bought it primarily for the Meta Quest 3 as a backup power supply attached to the back of the strap, and it doesn't charge from the original Quest3 or Quest2 adapter. I've tried both. Yet the Galaxy S23U is charging me from the Quest adapter. I have to use a "vintage" charger from an old Samsung phone for the powerbank and the charging is endless. That's pretty "foul." But otherwise great, it's lightweight and on the Quest it kind of balances out the weight of the headset itself, it doesn't get in the way when playing.
Very compact at a good price.
