It charges itself quickly
Charging your mobile phone without any problems
When charging a laptop via USB-C, they are unable to agree on who will charge whom. It always disconnects after two seconds, the laptop (Lenovo Chromebook 3) shows a notification that a USB-C source has arrived, the powerbank display flashes for a while (that it is charging), and then it disconnects and so on again.

Charge percentage on display unreliable: below 50% they disappear before your eyes / on the contrary, they increase very quickly during charging, on the contrary, they charge and discharge for a long time in the upper half.

Percentage charge level indicator.
The indicator is not very linear. I had a constant power draw connected to the powerbank and the hourly consumption "percentage" varied quite a bit.

Robust design, well-designed indication of charge and charging progress.
Indeed, it charges the ntb (HP Probook), but in a state where the ntb is working and charging at the same time, the pb capacity loss is 75%, while the ntb has not even gained 20. But these are laws of physics, efficiency/loss. this corresponds to the declared capacity parameters. Especially when the mobile phone was simultaneously charged from the pb via QC.
However, if the ntb is only powered and not charging, the runtime on the pb is comparable to running on its own battery.
a cable is included, but it's real minimalism. not an extra milligram of copper: -)
The "agreement" who will charge who (pb laptop or ntb powerbank) is based on a random generator. respectively. I didn't recognize the rule that both devices decide when reconnecting/disconnecting. But maybe I just don't know the specification of PD 2.0, or maybe I don't have the right driver in my ntb. Or maybe it's the thin pig tail, instead of the cable they supply (see above).
