I ordered 2x with the same disappointment. The first kindle scribe stylus wrote already "above" the display, ie without touch, so you could not write anything, because behind each takem smudge. The second new piece, which I had to order again because the complaint was resolved by alza with a refund, unfortunately had exactly the same problem. Not a single replacement tip in the package solved the problem. Totally dysfunctional and defective product, as Amazon obviously knows from online discussions. Too bad, I was really hoping it would be good. So the result is just paying for shipping and I have nothing.

Excellent display with fine (300 dpi) resolution

Smooth sending of your notes via email + functional conversion of written text - but only for English
Overall simple, intuitive and pleasant to use
Czech is still not among the natively supported languages, i.e. Czech books with accents without problems, but menus and pre-installed dictionaries without Czech (English-Czech dictionary is really easy to install and run)
