it is not cut in software even though it is a kids editon. behaves like a normal kindle
packaging included
2 years warranty if you break it amazon will replace it with a new one (you pay the postage yourself)
2 years of access to Amazon FreeTime Unlimited (age-restricted because kids edition) for TV shows, games, apps and movies more than 1000 free books (in English)
Option to purchase Prime Memeber for 5 USD per month not the normal price of 10 USD per month
posting to Twitter works (it doesn't work on older kindles anymore)
it's a Kids editon (it catches you off guard, and you're worried that it will be cut in software but it's not)
poor battery life of only 10 days with normal use [2-3 hours per day] compared to papwerwhite 3 which has a battery life of 6 weeks
