Probably all boards on the market need a bios update for this processor, but otherwise it works without problems even in B450 (I recommend to choose from X570, B550, A520, X470, B450). The processor does not heat up much, even a Spartan 5 cooler will suffice. For the price, a great choice for a cheap PC for undemanding tasks.

Personally I returned it as I was surprised it didn't have a graphics chip, since I was building a comp without a graphics card it was a problem when you can't see the bios
