After updating the BIOS and replacing the processor from a 5600X, everything is OK. As for the IcePad. A lot of reviewers here write that it's useless. In my opinion, they messed up the installation. The IcePad needs to be centred precisely in the middle of the processor, and the surfaces of both the cooler and the processor need to be degreased and cleaned with a microfibre cloth so there isn't a single speck of dust or grease. Don't slide the cooler around on the processor trying to find the screws. Place it down, press it on, and tighten it evenly. After starting up, the temperatures were catastrophic. Idle was around 75° and over 90° during stress tests. After half an hour, the temperatures dropped sharply. Now, it's the 4th day and my idle temps are 30-32°, under 40° during standard work and browsing, and around 65° when gaming. I'm using a Noctua NHD15 for cooling. And good airflow in the case is a must. Undervolted via Curve Optimizer to -30, stable and fantastic.
