The Amika TXB 121 NTCRBGKX oven has served me for 2 years and a week. During this time we had 3 repairs, one was after a year and the other two were just before the end of the warranty. 1. Claims. was that whenever I selected a program and set the steps (it was shown on the display), the program setting was cancelled and returned to the clock mode and the clock on the display flashed. And there was nothing I could do at all (it could only be switched off). =repaired, some faulty board (electronics) 2. Complaint. were that when the grades (+) increased, the grades decreased and when the grades (-) decreased, the grades increased. And a non-functional automatic door opening on touch. =repaired and unrepaired. The technician who came to repair it replaced again some other faulty board (electronics) and something else. The gears did the same thing as before (the technician said this is how it's supposed to be, it's not a bug) it just seems illogical to me (I must have been doing it wrong for 2 whole years) to spin the wheel on + and set it to -: -D. The last thing is the unfixed automatic door opening on touch after replacing all the electronic components it still didn't work. (The service wrote a paper about unrepairability). Alza handled it as it should and as it should be (speed of negotiations and problem solving, helpfulness of the Alza people I spoke to and then the removal (I did not pay or wear anything)! The oven is already in Alsa and I'm just waiting to see what happens. either a trade or a credit note.
