Overall, I am absolutely satisfied, but the ergonomics could be a bit more accessible if the manufacturer would make the cushions more individually adjustable. Otherwise, it's the best chair I've ever had in my house.

The cushion behind the head is in a single height, it cannot be changed, it is not entirely practical.
The pillow behind your back has to be constantly lifted up, you just have to lean forward to the table and then lift it up again so that it is in the right places on your back - it would be better if it was on some sort of strap or magnetic to keep it better behind your back.
It's quite high and can't be lowered, definitely not for short legs - it won't go under the desk (after work) because of the height.
