I love experimenting with products and I'm always looking for the ultimate product that works best with my hair. Unfortunately I have to say here that Angry Beards Matt Clay is probably the worst product I have ever tried. If I'm not mistaken, Clay is supposed to have a thicker consistency, or rather all the other Clays I've tried have been thicker consistencies. The Mich Bjukenen I've tried reminds me more of an extremely light hair paste. I picked up the product at Alza and after opening the lid I have to say that the product was all over the "box". Applying a small amount on my fingers is virtually impossible due to the consistency of the product, and I almost always take a larger amount of product than I originally intended. While it is extremely easy to grind, melt in your hands and then apply the product, the product has virtually no hold and it makes absolutely no difference whether you take a small or large amount of product. Granted, the promotional video states that your hair looks like you have no product in it after applying the product, but after applying it to my hair, there's virtually no product in there and styling my hair is not really possible. It's possible that maybe I just got the wrong packaging, which was stored wrong, and that's why the product doesn't work, but I'm definitely not going to pay another 329 CZK to find out. The scent is pleasant, but it's too intense for my taste. The composition of the product looks good, and I consider the main positive to be that the product is water-based.
