I have been using APC Back-UPS ES 400 since 2009, now the battery was weak. So he lasted 14 years. For a home office, it is sufficient to stop work and turn off the PC. I have office machines connected - PC, monitor, printer, WIFI.
Maybe replacing the battery would be enough, but I'd rather buy a new one.
I am very satisfied with this product.

not even for small appliances like a modem, access point, and router/switch, the battery is not able to keep them running for more than a few moments. there is no option to properly shutdown the devices over usb or serial :(
