I returned the product because it was experiencing coil whining and even though it was fully charged, there were disturbing noises at 5s intervals (as if the coil whining was amplified due to the switching of "something" inside). It's definitely not something I want to have near me, as it's very uncomfortable in a quiet room.
I give 3* as a benefit of doubt that it was a defective piece and not a general fault of this product. Otherwise, the design is quite good.

Works perfectly, design great, eurosockets advantage.
No instructions in English.
It doesn't have something like battery cycling software, for battery life. Just discharge it a bit occasionally, but not all the way for extended battery life.
The battery didn't fit as it should have at first. Do nothing by force and it will eventually settle down. I had to move the internal battery connector and it ended up snapping in.

Great functionality - I have been using the power supply for 2 years and it has caught all power outages.

It handles short network outages as expected.
The manufacturer does not specify the MOST IMPORTANT parameter, namely that if the power dies longer than the battery lasts, the UPS simply does not turn on when the power is turned on. This is a reprehensible thing not to mention with UPSes, I would have bought a more expensive model, supposedly some of their profi series can do it, but so far you won't read it. Moreover, my comment was deleted because it sounds negative, but why do you have these comments here?
