the power LEDs are on, the electric black tape solves it
I didn' t quite understand how the cut-outs on the screws at the back for mounting on the wall work - I didn' t find any suitable screw with a head that would fit in there while holding it.

the first one started sizzling and flashing after a few months after switching on, the second one, which I got after a complaint, started this behaviour only after the warranty was expired
the shutdown button from the factory sometimes beeps when shutting down as if it is in bad contact, both of the other protectors of this brand that I have had have done this
