I was looking for a product (so called dog) into which I could plug simultaneously several socket power supplies for outdoor led lights - chains so that they fit side by side. Which the product seems to be the only one on the market that does, the others, even the ones without protection, have sockets rotated by some angle and the power supplies would not fit. In my case, the fact that the dog is equipped with protection is a nice superstructure, of no essential importance.
All drawers are rotated 90 degrees to the long axis.
The dog is stable on the table, the slight slant is more of a positive.

Without knowledge of the internal circuitry or the possibility of measuring the parameters, the protective function cannot be evaluated. So no downside.
