The watch as a system is bobma. The materials used are worse. Absolutely cheap glass for me, which will be scratched right away. I used to have an Apple Watch 3 and these are about 3 grade quality down. Just when you want it in the top it' s scratched for the day. For me, if the system wasn' t there, it' s cheap plastics. Unfortunately, even a watch for 1000 is of better quality.
There is nothing in the package, the price is external, and the materials are cheap.
The worst is the glass, it scratches the view.
I' m used to them, but those materials are horrible.

I only use it as a morning alarm clock and an occasional heart rate monitor when I fuck + activities. The transition from AW3 was completely unnecessary, but already a tribute to the inadequate cost of repairing AW3 necessary.
Fast application response and fluency, which goes without saying.
Nothing else,
Battery at min. utilization lasts max. 2 days and 4 hours. AW3 lasted me more than a year full 3 days. After 4 years of use, still 2 days. In AW7 a complete and objective step back.
Nothing new. Menstrual cycles are not for me. Many useless applications that you do not need in practical life.
Apart from smoothness and speed, objectively also faster and perhaps more accurate sensors no visible shift.
Useless but necessary purchase out of necessity partly out of habit.
Overall, the AW7 is nothing.
