The cooler is good. It cools approximately 4C better than a cheap ID-cooling 240mm water cooler. The pump seems a bit noisier to me, especially at 100%, but it's not terrible. There is a good paste in the package. Installation on AM4/5 is a bit meh. Mainly I was surprised by the force needed to attach the cooler. I estimate 30Kg minimum. I only put a thin layer of paste, you could almost see the Ryzen lettering and the paste is also quite thick, but after adding the cooler it still "leaked" a bit. I was also a bit surprised by the offset of the pump, where approximately 5mm of the CPU is exposed and therefore the pump is moved down a bit (intentionally). Overall the cooler is very good and there is no need for fans in idle. It is even better than the various 360mm solutions. My 5700x overclocked to 4.95Ghz all-core and consuming 145W cools down to 72C.
The VRM fan is only attached to the pump with magnets, no cable. I think the design is nice.

I am very satisfied. I recently upgraded my processor to AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D and Endorfy Fera 5 Dual Fan couldn't keep it cool.
Hopefully it will be reliable and the pump won't spill 3 times like with MSI MAG CORELIQUID 240.
I have a very small case and the installation was really hard. Attaching the pump to the processor is a pain.
According to the test, the CPU hotspot dropped from 90 to 70 degrees.

I managed to mount it for whom it was a premiere.
He's cool as a kite and quiet.
When overclocking 13600kf from 5.1 to 5.3ghz, the temperatures didn't even go up, so at the normal 5.5ghz it won't be a problem.
The VRAM fan pulls quite well.
MX-6 paste
When I plugged it in, I got nervous because there was some air in the circuit according to the sound - for a couple of minutes it was a bit like in a fishbowl, but after some time it (I don't know how) got vented and it is completely silent
