I had a case with only DC 12V fans and the board doesn't allow DC control but only PWM, so I threw them away and bought these. I would say good fans, they are quiet, could have longer cables if you don't want them in series, but each plugged into the board separately so the one in front was just so-so with the cable length.
Unfortunately my board doesn't do 5V ARGB but only 12V RGB which can't be used! So I had to buy the "Fractal Design Adjust 2" HW driver. With it I can change colors, intensity and various effects. One fan didn't have the center sticker all the way in the front, which annoyed me, so it went to the back of the case.
Quiet
It is possible to connect (daisy chain) fans to one connector in series, same with ARGB connectors.
on one fan was not self-adhesive completely in the middle it bothers me then as it throws I put it to the back of the case.

Silent at 800-900 RPM but still good cooling. The stop fan system is good. Fans are stopping without dimming the RGBS. Good connectors. You can plug an endless amount of fans without any controllers. But the stickers is killing me)

I bought the fans after experience with Arctic fans. They work, for the price very good, but compared to the drive purchased (without backlighting 5pcs and 1 pc with 12V RGB) it seems to me that the quality has gone down or I have bad luck on worse pieces (see the contradictions)
It cools very well (I use it only as a "case fan" without significant resistance like a radiator)
RGB design very good, quite evenly illuminated fan blades (hub shines the brightest)
Compared to previous Arctic fans noticeably louder engine sound (not even the hum of the engine, but rather the winding - but up to about 800rpm it is almost inaudible - I will see if the sound will change over time)
Maybe it's stupid, but you can see it - the round sticker with the logo is not centered (not even on one of the three pieces from the package)
