The bell is a big disappointment! I will be returning the goods! As a videophone, it is absolutely unusable. The transmission of the image is catastrophic, the transmission of sound is also catastrophic, the sound is so jerky that it is impossible to make an appointment through the bell. It' s not a WiFi connection, I tried to measure the strength of the WiFi signal and the speed of the internet connection everything was fine. I tried to place the router 1m from the bell to the bell signal 100% and the video call was of disastrous quality. I tried both SD and UHD settings. Static objects in the video are of good quality, moving objects and sound are torn. After removing the SD memory card and checking the recordings, I found that the recorded videos have the same problem, so I think the problem is not with the transfer, but with the video recording. The bell only works well as a cordless one and not as a videophone. But you can buy a wireless doorbell for 1/5 of the price.
