It is sad that with such expensive cards, the coils squeak, even when quiet (though not loud). I don't find this acceptable for the sake of saving a few pennies for the manufacturer, which is why I give it a low rating.

Game and card manufacturers should think about themselves. And optimize for current hardware. If they want money from customers.
But overall, I recommend it.
High performance and low latency for new games with DLSS 3. Even older games run 4K 120fps
If the game is poorly optimized, even RTX 4070 won't help. And the game has insane overall latency- like RDR2, The Last of Us, A Plague Tale Requiem.
Witcher 3 without RT runs on a 5 year old GTX 1080 at 4K 60 better than on a 16k card with RT
