Total satisfaction. I was very surprised by the performance and I expected a weak battery, so I didn't buy this hardware for many years. Windows as an OS is somewhere between an advantage (after all, it's the standard for gaming and it's good to have at least one windows PC at home) and a disadvantage (it's still Windows, which is simply the worst OS on the market). The only thing that limits me is the disk capacity with the size of modern AAA games; Without an SD card, it's simply a necessity to have only a few games installed and change them as the mood takes you.

I have to say I was very surprised by the ROG Ally. Whether it's playing less demanding games, where if you set your own TDP well so it lasts long on battery and performance does not suffer. For the more challenging games, I was surprised at how well it handled them. Although I don't like the preset performance mods that unnecessarily heat up the ROG Ally too much, but fortunately you can set your own and the temperatures are around 70~75°C so far I haven't come across any game that is unplayable. I have to say that Asus did it well I don't take the battery as a negative, because if I want the console to last on battery nonsense so I can't have that kind of power and I can choose for example Steam Deck although if you play Baldurs Gate III on Steam Deck it will also last 2 hours.

The idea is good, the games are also great. It feels good in the hand. The user interface could use some fine tuning.
It's a great option to make Hera run pretty smoothly (FarCry 5, F1 23)

Games sometimes run at the wrong resolution, two sides of the image move maybe a centimeter (2x is ok and 1x is not... completely random)

For someone who travels a lot, it's a blast. if you buy a docking station, you can make a decent PC for work. Updates of BIOS and all applications are very frequent and for me so far everything is fine.

someone takes it as a negative that the sd card reader is going away. I have used this one a couple of times and so far everything works but even so, it is enough to upgrade the ssd and some unnecessary cards are not needed
for me absolutely the only downside is that you can't upgrade the RAM to be even more powerful but maybe in the next version

I had a problem getting connected to Wifi so I had to install it so I had to buy a DOCK or HuB connector and through it who has a network jack so you can pull it from the computer via cable because it does not need a password and install the drivers otherwise there is MediaTek so expect slower downloads otherwise super performance it has on the console Diablo 4 and Cyberpunk I tried great thanks.
