I have been using and testing the headphones for the second week. Despite the negatives I decided to keep the headphones, but if I was buying at full price (bought unpacked + discount for 2.967, -) I would definitely return them and they do not have that value. Personally, I got mine to be able to play games, make phone calls at the same time and ideally have an overview or the ability to communicate with my surroundings (kids, family, etc. ), without having to take the headphones off all the time. On the whole, they meet it, but it's not perfect and you have to make concessions. Right from the beginning I was impressed by the packaging, nicely processed and almost everything you need is included. The headphones are comfortable, although a bit unsuitable for my small atypical ears (they sometimes fall out of the right ear when eating, yawning, etc. ) even with the smallest plugs. RGB backlighting is a nice thing, but unusable for a normal person and just drains the battery.
The sound quality is not great out of the box, but after turning on the Dirac, or tweaking it, the sound is I would say better than average. Personally, I'm satisfied.
Microphone quality, for calls pretty cool, no one has complained so far, for discord and online gaming it's worse. You're understood, but compared to a microphone in front of your mouth, it's just worse and people notice. However, I use it that way.
The ANC is quite good, but it misses high tones (e.g. children screaming).
Ambient Sound works, but you hear more noise than, for example, the spoken word, also the wind is very audible. However, I converse with my headphones on and don't have to take them off all the time.
The battery life over BT is ok, over 2.4Ghz you have to count on a shorter life, but since I always put them in the case for a while and they charge quickly, it's not a problem.
Multipoint unfortunately can not, they have the so-called Hybrid multipoint, which means that the sound automatically switches between devices, but you can listen to only one source or the other (for example, when you talk you can not hear the game or music from the PC).
ASUS support is horrendous and if the competition had similar headphones I would go to the competition, in my experience as an ASUS user you don't give a shit.
Convenient
Nice packaging that includes most of the things you need for the headphones
Three sizes of silicone plugs (S, M, L)
For someone RGB
After tuning, the sound is better average, no miracle, but good for earbuds
The microphone isolates ambient noise better than other microphones, the voice is crisp and raw, but not everyone will like it
Adaptive ANC + Ambient sound
Battery life + fast charging
Multi-device connectivity and fast automatic switching (even if it's not multipoint and you can't transmit audio from both devices at once)
Touch control
The price does not correspond to the quality
He can do almost everything, but none of it at a high level
Cannot order original replacement earbuds (missing size SS)
Out of Box not much and need to adjust the settings in the app, then it's good
ANC lets out high notes (e.g. a child's voice) quite a lot.
Ambient increases mainly noise or e.g. the wind. It would be good to accentuate especially the voice when someone is talking to you and to suppress the others a bit, sometimes it's too much.
It can't multipoint so that it transmits audio from two devices at the same time (only one device can, but you're connected to two at the same time so switching is quick).
Awful ASUS support, they don't care about their customers
The right handset does not recharge to 100% when the case is opened but usually around 95%. Probably a bug in the software or a defective piece.
Microphone via PC for playing and communication not much, but it can be done
No possibility to change gestures yet, e.g. volume up and down is unusable

I considered for a few days whether to keep the headphones, but then I came across headphones from Sony - inzone buds, which actually have everything better (mainly headphone settings and the possibility of ambient sound) and are 1000 CZK cheaper, anyway, I came across the same problem and that with loss signal in the left earpiece, again solved by connecting the dongle to USB (bought on Alga for 100 CZK)
Good sound
Beautiful appearance
Good battery life
Fast connection
Signal loss of the left earpiece (can be solved by connecting the dongle to the USB in the box)
There is no option to change the headphone control settings
without the option of turning off noise canceling, the option of throughput mode is missing
