For my taste there is a lot of rustling of the power supply even when the speed is set to zero. My overall setup is so quiet that the power supply is the only one audible. The previous source of the other brand was not heard a peep. I picked this one because the best resource dealer brand just simply didn't have them in stock or they were on back order and would come in god knows when.
