I'm not going to completely list the pros and cons, but one thing interests me. As long as I had 2x16 RAM in my computer (G-SKILL 32GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16) it worked fine. I bought another 2x16 kit and since then all BSODs and system errors. I'm quite curious why I see different frequencies in the BIOS if they are exactly the same type of memory. Could this result in such inconsistency? Or should I rather attribute the error to faulty RAMs, thanks for the answer.

When we bought AMD Ryzen where it says that the boost is up to 4.6GHz, so with this board we actually got to this boost without any adjustment. The board is getting the most out of the processor. The cheaper board boosted to 4.5GHz under the same conditions.
