When installing windows, you need to download the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver from the internet to show the HDD you want to install the system on
During the installation until the system is installed and the drivers from Update are installed, you have to operate the TAB button, because the touchpad does not work without the driver
You need to use a network cable, or make the phone a USB internet modem to connect the computer to the internet and update all the drivers until the drivers are installed.
For a layman who doesn't know computers, installing windows 10 on this model is a horror
Zero support from the dealer, would like to employ technicians for these cases, who would solve problems over the phone with customers
