I bought a used piece based on og GeekBoy' s recommendation. I don' t know if the device is defective as a piece or if it doesn' t work as it should with the Lidl Zigbee. I will try to buy a new piece and if it doesn' t work either, which I would be very sorry for, I will look for another system.

I had a million problems pairing the Lidl Zigbee. Some devices sometimes worked, sometimes not.

Delivered in a box that looked like the product had already been returned, several times.
The whole use is that the community provides usable applications for individual manufacturers, which unfortunately doesn' t happen much. At a time when IT is becoming obsolete at the rate of months to have applications created in 2019-2020 without updates is weak.
Overall, if the manufacturer of any device decides to close their code you are uploaded.
No direct support, if something doesn' t work for you, consult yourself or in a community forum, where it' s full of two kinds of posts - a fanatical defense of the product on the one hand and a deep frustration of ordinary users on the other
