After the warranty expired, the battery went bad. The charging light kept flashing and we couldn't figure out why. Then I reinstalled the HDD to SDD and clean windows and the install failed. Or the service technicians. Then we accidentally found out it was this battery that was causing it. After about a week of trying to install it with different people, when the battery was removed from the laptop and the laptop was running without the battery on the network, the installation went without problems and the laptop started up fine. So we use it without a battery.
