Even older 3.5" rotary sata hard drives can be connected and loaded without problems, some other devices have a problem with low power supply and the hard drive does not spin up, Axagon ADSA-FP3 on the other hand works perfectly.

Really fast data transfer .
A short cable that doesn't allow the USB and SSD to be stored safely outside the PC workspace, but all manufacturers have that. They don't think about the user, saving at any cost .

So far I had the USB 2 version (it could do SATA and IDE). For speed I bought this USB 3 adapter, it can only do SATA, but fast. Satisfaction.
