Notice: in this external nvme box labeled AXAGON EEM2-GTS, M.2 NVMe screwless THIN box, titanium gray, SuperSpeed USB-C 10 Gbps, although it is written on the Alza "max. capacity 8 TB" and in the manual you read "no disk capacity limitation" this disk does not work: Crucial P3 4TB M.2 SSD (PCIe 3.0 4x NVMe). It says serious hardware error and you can neither initialize nor format the disk! I just warn potential buyers to take this into consideration (tested on several of these boxes and discs at the same time). The 2TB drives work fine. Otherwise, the above mentioned 4TB drives (2pcs simultaneously) work reliably in external cloning boxes with additional power supply (e.g. ALU box Rocketek USB C 3.1 Gen2 Dual-Bay SSD Enclosure for NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD) with write speed of approx. 620 MB/s.

Drives 2TB and less work.
Crucial P3 4TB can neither initialize nor format, the system writes "serious hardware error", while on dual bay Rocketek (eg. ), these drives work without a problem (writing around 620 MB/s). I cannot rule out incompatibility of this particular disc.
Despite listing "any capacity" on this box and "max. 8TB" does not work for a drive larger than 2TB (see above). The test was run on multiple of these boxes with multiple of these drives. Attention potential buyers!
I will change the minuses and ratings if anyone has other experiences with drives larger than 4TB with this box.

Only the plastic pin secures the inserted disc. A bolt would be more appropriate.

The PC didn't recognize the inserted disk, I tried with a second disk and also in another box from the same brand AXAGON EEM2-XR, and I assume both have a problem with PCIe 4.0 disks. Definitely need to test compatibility.
