Extremely slow write speeds on a Mac (M1 Pro). The JMicron JM580 chipset handles the write cache on Mac poorly.
Returned.
Small, light.
Works as expected on Windows.
Poor Mac support. Extremely low write speed, only 45MB/s with APFS and 100MB/s with the HFS+ file system. Read speed is normal at 450MB/s.

I don't know why, but I'm trying to put in an M2 2280 Crucial E100 drive and it's not sitting there. Tk I'm testing the Sammsung Evo 990 plus and it doesn't work there either. It's like I've got the contacts crooked somehow.
My M2 2280 disk is not sitting there

It works
Aluminium body
Easy disassembly
Instead of a screw to secure the disc there is a kind of plastic button that keeps falling out. I had to use duct tape and a piece of paper to fix it. And still put a piece of adhesive pad behind the disk to not threaten that the case will move, see photo.

I could not functionally test the product. I sent it in for a complaint, a new one arrived and it didn't work either. Probably either a Patriot error or a direct AXAGON error.
Cannot be used with Patriot P300

Not a very festive design for daily wear, but as a rack for the remaining disc OK. The advantage is that it can be opened without tools.

It's not working. Tested on several devices. I can't send it in for a claim yet because the Alza boxes are full.
