On Win11 desktop measured ~780Mb, on Macbook Air 2019 only ~380Mb fluctuating (laptop powered), on Huawei Mate 20 Pro phone goes full speed (on 1Gb/500Mb internet I measured 890Mb/500Mb, which I also measure via desktop with 2.5Gb jack).
So for normal use at that price absolutely sufficient, but full gigabit on all devices will not give, probably because of the USB-C/Thunderbolt versions - others have slightly different experiences, I only draw from 3 devices where only one gave full gigabit.

A great USB-C "network card" with the ability to connect 3 USB devices. In my case, it serves as a modest docking station for connecting a PC to the network and connecting a keyboard, mouse and USB headset. If you don't need to connect the monitor(s), this may be enough. Personally, I would have appreciated a variant with a reader for "large" SD cards, so that I could have the whole thing in one package - unfortunately, I could not find such a variant.
