ALZA store reviews: I would expect from such a well-known shop that the goods would be properly packed to prevent damage. However, I was very unpleasantly surprised when I found the original box with the goods in the ZBOX of ZBOX and the label for ZBOX stuck on it. I could still tolerate this, but I was shocked when I found out that the box was not even secured against theft or tampering with the goods, which, by the way, I had already paid for and was not the cheapest, i.e. no one bothered to at least seal it with adhesive tape, so it was freely accessible to anyone who handled it during delivery and therefore anyone could take the goods out of the box. It looks like the item is thankfully not damaged and is functional, but this was the biggest disappointment and I don't know if I will order anything else from Alza in the future. I take this as sheer unprofessionalism and gross misconduct on Alza's part: -(
