The headphones are really very nice in design, the level of workmanship is also above standard. The user-friendliness of the touch controls is very weak. One has to look precisely where to reach. How to tap so that the headset responds the way it wants. When I compare the user experience with the BOSE NC 700, which cost almost half and have comparable sound, the HX's price is only adequate for fans of BAO's stylish design and the brand's status dimension. I won't be returning them, but there probably won't be another BAO headset.

During the initial connection to the PC there was a significant sound tearing, after about 4 connections this problem disappeared by itself
The app is a perfumed wretch, it looks aesthetically pleasing, but in terms of real setup it has only primitive controls, lots of advertising and a link to Radio Krokodýl.

I compared with Sony WH-1000XM5 and finally returned these headphones.
I was particularly bothered by the inferior active noise cancellation (ANC) and the shape of the earcups.
I positively evaluate the materials used. The ear cups are made of lamb skin and supposedly last longer than the Sony WH-1000XM5.
Quality materials. The arch and the hearing aid holders are made of metal, whereas the Sony WH-1000XM5 are plastic
Much less sweat in them than in the Sony WH-1000XM5
Active noise cancellation (automatic noise cancelling) is noticeably worse than on the Sony WH-1000XM5, especially at higher tones
Earmuffs are uncomfortable, ear does not fit into them
Mobile apps don't do much.
