First, I ordered a little car in red. After opening the shipment, you could see, still in the original box, that there was more than a centimeter of paint bulge on the side of the car - it looked like they had painted it with some hair. I claimed the car and Alza refunded my money (even though I specifically wrote that I preferred a replacement). However, since I really wanted the car, I had to pay again for delivery to Alzabox - I would expect a more solid approach from a seller like Alza. Well, I wasn't satisfied in this case either. Right after opening the box, the plastic triangle that is supposed to hold the rear view mirror fell out of the car - well, I would have taken that and solved it simply with glue, but the dropped/broken rear wheel still in the original box convinced me that the first complaint was no accident. So I'll be advertising the other car too, although I assume the dealer will be twitching Skoda, Bburago used to be a great brand.
