I was looking for a wireless security system to install in my apartment. In the final round, I got to choose between the iGet M5-4G and the Ajax. I was first lured to iGet and it was the biggest mistake I could have made. False alarms, missed detections, software that looks nice but is actually useless. So went iGet out of the house and switched to the significantly more expensive (about 3-4x as much for each component) but also higher quality Ajax. The installation was very simple, everything runs absolutely smoothly and so far there hasn't been a single false alarm. On the other hand, during occasional "tests" of the functionality, the alarm was always triggered correctly. I especially like the PIR sensor with camera, which allows you to see what triggered the alarm. So even if this sensor ever made a false alarm, it could be detected by the photos sent. I can't evaluate the battery life yet, but even if it's not the promised 5-7 years, but only 2-3 years, it won't be a problem. Overall, if you're looking for security for your home or apartment that works, I think Ajax is a good choice. Both push notifications and SMS when inserting a SIM card work reliably (and it is possible to insert 2 e.g. from different operators for even more security)
