We ran out of the Bellatex pillow with teddy bears today and were excited to start using it with our newborn baby. We deliberately chose a pillow with a ball filling, because we had experience with it in the maternity ward. To my surprise and fury it is some sort of foam so it is not adjustable at all and you can sort of customize its shape. This whole pillow is falsely described as a ball pillow.
This is definitely not a pillow with balls!
