After less than half a year of use, and definitely not on a daily basis, tiny bubbles have appeared on the bottom of the pot, which have cracked, making the pot practically impossible to use, as the bottom is peeling off. For one thing, everything would be burnt and for another, we don't want to eat pieces of the pot

sent in for a claim which was not upheld, supposedly for mechanical damage, which is complete nonsense as I have always used adequate stirring in this pot, no spoons or forks.

if I knew this, I wouldn't buy an expensive pot from berlingerhaus, I'd buy something from Ikea

unfortunately, I definitely do not recommend it - not only is the pot not of good quality for the money, but they will not accept your complaint, which for me was definitely justified.
