You use it a few times, the attachment gets dirty and clogs up. There's no way to clean it. Then it's useless, to be thrown away.

the device stops when it hits a thicker beard. Sometimes even starting the machine itself is difficult. It's weird, I've changed batteries etc. I don't know if it's just a defect in the piece .?
