It doesn't match the description. It's not really a "pillow" but a hard (plastic? polystyrene? ) a pad with a massage machine. The likelihood that after prolonged use it would bruise rather than massage and loosen seems quite high to me.

It' s no miracle, but it works.
Size, lightness.

It is not a cushion, the filling is rigid (! ) (but it provides pressure, without that hardness the principle of massage would not work)
It could be more powerful or have some regulation. It has only one degree (and rewriting the direction of the massage movement)
It' s individual, ok for me (but lighter people due to weak pressure may evaluate the massage as weak
The shape is not entirely suitable for the neck. It is definitely a purely back device.
Ideal for trapezius muscle and broad muscle. (I' ll stuff it myself for the P shovel, which makes me angry and this is how it works well.

It's a great product. Offers quite a strong massage, which is what I was looking for. Really breaks out the knots in the muscles.
Put on your armchair behind you when you are watching TV, works great on the back
You can use it also for other parts of the body - neck, head, etc.
Heating could be a bit more.
Cable could be longer
Remote has only 4 options: switch on, direction left, direction right and heat, time is automatic and about 10 min after which it switches off automatically
