The headphones are comfortable to wear, and even in this sweltering summer they could be used for more than 3 hours on your head. The ANC works well – even with an open window next to a busy road. The sound quality isn't the worst (compared to Motorola by Bose earbuds, Sennheiser MX230 semi-open headphones or Logitech Z-2300 speakers, it actually seems quite a bit better). The downside is that if you forget to turn them off, they don't switch off by themselves even after disconnecting the source. The volume in games when using Discord/TS takes a long time to set up because they're relatively quiet – even if you pre-boost them and have them on max. Occasionally, after connecting the dongle and turning on the headphones, the microphone wasn't automatically detected and I had to move it to the 'off / next to the earcup' position and then back to the operating position.
The sound quality is on another level

They don't switch off automatically when idle.
Sometimes the microphone doesn't connect via the dongle and you need to "flip it up and down".
Maximum volume limit - sometimes it seems very quiet.

They do not switch off automatically when not in use. If the dongle is powered, it will continue to operate throughout the night and drain the battery, even if no sound is being played through it. It’s the same with Bluetooth — as long as they’re connected to your phone (and they’ll always be connected to your phone, because the settings can only be changed on the phone), they won’t switch themselves off either. So if you don’t switch them off yourself, or at least forget to do so a few times, they’ll keep losing capacity whilst they’re lying on the table. It’s a rather absurd shortcoming that could easily be fixed, but beyerdynamic has these sort of annoying little quirks with all its wireless headphones. The quality of the microphone is simply dreadful. The MMX 150 has a much better-quality microphone simply because it doesn’t have built-in noise cancellation, which, incidentally, works terribly on the MMX 200 and picks up background noise anyway. Bastard, bastard, bastard. I tested four pairs of Beyerdynamic headphones; three of them were faulty. With the first two, there was simply a crackling sound coming from one of the speakers. With these ones, there’s crackling again, but only when the pass-through or noise-cancelling mode is switched on. Appalling quality control. For that sort of money, you won’t get high-quality studio equipment; you’ll end up with a half-baked piece of junk. I’m glad that beyerdynamic have decided to try their luck in the gaming market, but so far they’ve been doing extremely badly.
It fits quite well on your head.
The sound from the speakers is quite good.
The noise-cancelling and transparency modes are quite interesting.
