I don't know if the handle is defective or just missing in the description, but the locking is only possible in the vertical position - down and up, so I'm returning it.

It has metric screws but can be replaced with the original screws.
It has positions of 45°.
A little bit stiffer running, but that will probably come off.

I needed a knob on the button with locking in all positions, this one can not do it, which unfortunately was not mentioned in the description, I return. I found a cheaper one with the required function elsewhere.
