The bag is smaller inside than the dimensions make it seem. It certainly won't hold 14 litres. It can fit a 14-inch laptop, but if the manufacturer associates the number with the volume, I doubt it.
Maybe minus all the fillers and padded pockets, which are good, but take up a lot of space. It's a shame it doesn't come in a slightly larger size, as it otherwise looks very well made with lots of well designed pockets. The main pockets have double zippers and the laptop pocket is fully padded. Plastic carabiners seem to last a lot. But the zipper handles could have been plastic, too, because the big metal ones look immortal, but they ring against each other a lot in the double design.
