Coupes for weight and simplicity. Light material. It is interesting that it is difficult to find traditional dishes with the right dimensions and shapes. The set that we still have from CSSR no one has and does not want to sell. There are a huge number of different types sold in the bazaar, but the ones we would like are not. Here I acknowledge the ease and good washability. I' m just bothered by those ripples and had a wide soup plate. When folded, they do not have the same stability and strength as conventional plates.
